I work for my patients, not insurance companies/doctors who want to dictate how much time I can spend with you and what I should be doing to help you recover and manage your health. I need enough time to spend with you 1 on 1 to evaluate your pain/injury, work with you to restore your movement, improve function and make sure you have a home program so you are not reliant on me or anyone to help manage your problem; for dietary issues I need ample time to get your story (which is extremely important!!), medical history and to figure out a specific plan just for you.

Did you know the US FDA does not have the authority to review dietary supplement products for safety and effectiveness before they are marketed? Therefore it is up to the manufacturer to prepare their products according to GMP or cGMP- good manufacturing or current good manufacturing practices, which are a series of general principles that must be observed during manufacturing. But it is the company's responsibility to determine the most effective and efficient quality process. So they are able to cut corners and save money by putting the wrong ingredient in their products, not meeting label claims, using materials with high levels of heavy metals or unhealthy ingredients. It is important to to know who owns the company, that they have independent certifications by a 3rd party, are free of allergens, GMO's, gluten, and make sure they are free of cheap binders and fillers as well as lots of other factors.
